Responsibilities
Drives feature prioritization and feature definition for digital and telemedicine products
Engages with customers and stakeholders through existing channels to capture the voice of the customer and use it for feature design
Defines the requirements for the feature, including how to measure, and drives scoping and feature implementation with the software development team
Provides effective status updates on the feature to digital and telemedicine leadership
Identifies opportunities to improve existing product(s) and propose ideas to leaders on the team
Measures the effectiveness of the feature
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
1 to 3 years of experience with metadata management or data catalog platforms (e.g., Alation, Collibra, Atlan)
1+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)
3 years of experience writing and interpreting SQL queries
Experience with scripting or API integration (Python preferred) for automation or metadata management tasks
Familiarity with data quality management concepts and tools
Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related field
2 years of product manager or other relevant experience
Experience in product lifecycle management or working in software development environment
Ability to operate autonomously to own and drive a product feature
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications and ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to further the mission of the product team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use a creative approach
Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred
Master's degree in business, technical, or related field
