Technical Program Manager III, Infrastructure and Policy, Google Home

Responsibilities
Drive decision-making and lead complex, cross-Google user data policy & compliance and infrastructure engineering programs
Convert regulatory requirements into technical roadmaps while managing stakeholder commitments and needs
Implement scalable process and system improvements to reduce maintenance costs for compliant features or deprecated systems
Guide major technical migrations and programs spanning across teams and organizational levels
Analyze data and dashboards to report progress and maintain crisp communication with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience with User data Policy and regulatory compliance (examples: DMA, FCO, AADC, internal policies)
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, automation and data visualization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
