Responsibilities

Designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of various projects primarily in commercial and residential construction
Creating detailed designs, conducting structural calculations, preparing and reviewing technical drawings using advanced tools
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Performing site visits, evaluating project feasibility, and supporting project management to meet timelines and budgets

Required

Proficiency in structural design and analysis, with strong knowledge of engineering principles and materials (5-10 years experience)
PE license in the state of Montana
Experience with advanced 3D modeling and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or similar softwares
Structual modeling, loading analysis, wind/snow loading and geophysical considerations
Capable of providing As-Built drawing set with detail connections and cinstruction remarks
Ability to produce detailed structural drawings and process & instrumentation diagrams
Strong project management skills, including efficiency audits, project planning, and logistical coordination
Familiarity with LIDAR and drone technology for surveying and facility scanning
Understanding of construction and engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field; professional engineering (PE) license preferred
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field; professional engineering (PE) license preferred
Experience in interpreting and preparing project bids, RFPs, and RFBs across various contracting methods is a plus
