Responsibilities
Building a centralized internal workbench to visualize the entire claimant journey, from first ad click to final case closure
Building a portal where users can pull real-time case status, push medical evidence, and receive critical updates
Scaling marketing operations by building data warehouse pipelines and integrating with PPC platforms for conversion tracking
Building a pipeline that takes change requests from Slack and uses LLMs to automatically open a Pull Request for engineer review
Fielding ad hoc requests and production fires to ensure claimants never lose access to relief
Leading the migration and integration of the current tech stack onto new architecture without downtime
Working on projects to digitize and automate physical mail processing and complex government forms
Qualification
Required
