Responsibilities
Assist in conducting chemical testing and analysis of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Support the development, implementation, and refinement of quality control procedures and protocols
Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements
Design and execute experiments to evaluate new materials, process modifications, or quality initiatives
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration, and document testing results accurately and thoroughly
Contribute innovative ideas and insights based on chemistry expertise to ongoing quality projects
Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing technical input and supporting continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
Fundamental knowledge of chemical principles and laboratory techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for applying scientific concepts to practical problems
