Administrative Assistant
SiiRA is a global platform that connects top-notch digital professionals with US-based companies in digital growth mode. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Workplace Experience team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit expense reports with complete documentation
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate seamless first-day experiences for in-office new hires
Monitor office inventory and proactively order snacks and supplies when needed
Provide virtual administrative support for internal meetings, workshops, and team initiatives
Step in onsite when required to support workplace needs
Follow up with managers, vendors, and contractors to keep requests moving forward
Support visitor registration and onsite coordination as needed
Track tasks and requests to ensure timelines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
Act as a go-to support partner within the Workplace Experience team, contributing to smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while collaborating closely with a team
High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for deadlines, policies, and confidentiality
Preferred
Familiarity with expense reporting tools such as Concur is a plus
