Maintaining donor database integrity
Tracking pledges, gifts, sponsorships, and follow-ups
Coordinating thoughtful donor acknowledgments
Assisting with stewardship touchpoints and impact reporting
Supporting fundraising campaigns and events
Preparing materials for sponsor outreach
Managing and prioritizing email follow-ups
Flagging time-sensitive donor communications
Drafting and organizing development correspondence
Preparing board-ready materials when needed
Helping maintain consistency in messaging and brand voice
Creating organized systems for tracking outreach and relationships
Supporting grant tracking and reporting deadlines
Helping prepare sponsor proposals and impact summaries
Research on potential donors or funding opportunities
Qualification
