Design and deploy ML models that optimise multi-million-dollar ad spend in real time
Work across experimentation, forecasting, and optimisation problems
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship production ML systems
Take ownership in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience building and deploying ML models in production
Solid foundations in statistics, optimisation, or applied ML
Comfort working end-to-end, from problem definition to deployment
Startup mindset: curious, pragmatic, and impact-driven
