Be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers
Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients
Provide training in sales and materials knowledge
Discuss opportunities and challenges one on one with management
Directly interact with customers to solve their problems
