Responsibilities
Program, configure, test, and commission SCADA systems
Transform client operations, processes, and technology by providing solutions that increase operational efficiency, allowing for data driven decision making, and revolutionize how they interface with their systems
Support control system design, construction projects, and public bid
Prepare technical reports (SCADA Master Plans, Preliminary Engineering Reports)
Collaborate with operators, maintenance staff, managers, and engineers
Participate in client workshops and project teams
Assist Business Development Team with proposals and identify lateral and follow-on work
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with SMEs
Travel to client sites up to 50% depending on project needs
Qualification
Required
Hands-on control system integration experience in the water and wastewater sector
Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in programming, configuring, testing, and commissioning SCADA systems
Ability to support control system design, construction projects, and public bid
Experience in preparing technical reports (SCADA Master Plans, Preliminary Engineering Reports)
Ability to collaborate with operators, maintenance staff, managers, and engineers
Participation in client workshops and project teams
Assisting Business Development Team with proposals and identifying lateral and follow-on work
Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with SMEs
