Responsibilities

Take ownership of workstreams within strategy and commercial due diligence projects, such as market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (market data, financials, interviews, surveys) to develop clear and actionable insights
Contribute to hypothesis development and client deliverables through compelling storylines and evidence-based narratives
Support, mentor, and collaborate with junior colleagues, helping them grow while ensuring high-quality work
Partner with diverse internal teams and engage directly with clients and expert networks to gather market intelligence
Contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing, proposals, and thought leadership

Required

~3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other roles involving strategic analysis and M&A
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative approaches
Clear communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate complex findings into accessible insights
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, project-based environment
Demonstrated commitment to working inclusively in diverse teams, with experience supporting and developing colleagues
Interest in financial services and private equity transactions, as well as corporate strategy (prior exposure a plus)

Preferred

MBA or equivalent advanced degree/experience is valued but not required
