Responsibilities
Managing computer media through automated processing systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery in support of fleet activities
Setting up and operating computer systems involved in data acquisition and analysis, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
Responding to data processing problems, implementing corrective procedures, and escalating complex issues to higher-level specialists as needed
Maintaining organization and documentation of library and system requirements, supporting Navy library concepts and tools such as ACCESS, VIEWNET, and DOCMS, and training team members to enhance operational efficiency
Managing shipments, ensuring proper handling of media, and supporting overall data integrity and security protocols
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) year of experience managing, shipping, and/or receiving unclassified computer media and documentation
A high school diploma is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform periodic twisting, bending, and squatting
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
U.S. citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
