Responsibilities

Lead technical presales engagements, discovery, and solution development for customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirement and strategic objectives

Translate business needs into Manufacturo solutions

Lead customer intros, proof-of concepts and deep dives into Manufacturo to gain alignment on value and successful gap resolution

Deliver compelling presentations focused on business value, architecture, and SaaS capabilities

Build and execute tailored demos and Proofs of Concept

Support technical responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ requests

Coordinate and support the entire customer journey to ensure a successful closure and customer handoff

Master the Manufacturo platform

Stay current on product roadmap

Speak to industry standards, trends and customer use cases

Qualification

Manufacturing operations experienceMESEnterprise application architectureTechnical platform learningCommunication skillsPresentation skillsAnalytical skillsComfort in multicultural environmentsTraining end usersTesting software

Required

3+ years of manufacturing operations in a discrete manufacturing company or as a presales solution consultant in similar industry

Knowledge of MES, QMS, Warehouse and inventory and related enterprise systems (CAD, ERP, PLM)

Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills

Comfortable in multicultural environments

Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfort working with software tools and learning technical platforms quickly

Candidate must be a US citizen or green card holder

Preferred

Previous experience with Manufacturo or other MES solution

Previous experience training end users or testing software
