Responsibilities
Manage plaintiff-side litigation matters (primarily Personal Injury and Tenant Rights) from inception through resolution
Oversee day-to-day case management and direct junior staff and paralegals
Prepare and execute discovery strategies, including:
Propounding and responding to discovery
Drafting meet-and-confer correspondence
Motions to compel and related filings
Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions, including oppositions to summary judgment
Conduct party, witness, and expert depositions
Perform legal research, factual investigations, and case strategy development
Appear in court, argue motions, and attend hearings
Meet directly with clients and prepare them for depositions and trial
Participate in trial preparation; 1st or 2nd chair trial experience is a plus (not required)

Manage plaintiff-side litigation matters (primarily Personal Injury and Tenant Rights) from inception through resolution

2–7+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
Experience in Personal Injury and/or Tenant Rights litigation
Active California State Bar admission
Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom skills
Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating within a team
Preferred
Experience working in a contingency-fee environment is a plus
Familiarity with Clio or similar legal case management platforms is a plus
