Senior LevelRentvine is the fastest-growing property management software company in the industry, seeking an experienced Data Architect to own the design, operation, and ongoing evolution of their analytics and data platform. This role will be responsible for managing the Snowflake-based data warehouse and expanding the platform to unify data across various systems, ultimately establishing a trusted analytics foundation for the company.

Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable dimensional and semantic data models (e.g., star schemas)
Define and manage canonical datasets for financial, customer, and operational analytics
Implement data quality checks, anomaly detection, and monitoring
Own data definitions, metric logic, and analytical standards
Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across domains
Define SLAs for data freshness, completeness, and accuracy
Support audit, compliance, and financial controls where applicable
Maintain lineage, metadata, and documentation to support self-service analytics
Translate business questions into scalable data solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Product, GTM, and Operations leaders
Prioritize data initiatives based on business impact and ROI
Enable self-service analytics while maintaining guardrails
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward scalable solutions
Ability to balance short-term reporting needs with long-term architecture
Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
High ownership and accountability for data accuracy and reliability
Comfort operating as both a hands-on architect and strategic leader
Preferred
dbt or similar analytics engineering frameworks
Experience with SaaS business models and subscription analytics
Financial systems and revenue recognition data
Data observability tools (e.g., Monte Carlo, Bigeye, custom monitoring)
Python for data tooling or analysis
Experience building semantic layers or metrics frameworks
