Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients.

Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts within key industries and markets
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign targeting
Develop a strong understanding of SourceFuse’s service offerings (Cloud, AI, Data, Application Modernization)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (tech/services industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or digital transformation services
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, or similar tools
