Responsibilities
Oversee receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and internal material movement
Lead, train, schedule, and manage warehouse and production staff
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and process gaps
Manage and optimize warehouse and inventory systems (WMS)
Coordinate logistics and transportation activities
Partner with production, planning, quality, and leadership teams
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant facility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
5+ years of warehouse and inventory operations experience
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience with WMS and inventory control processes
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
High-volume manufacturing or distribution background
