Responsibilities
Provide technical direction, planning, training and staffing support
Management of Requirements and Modeling Engineering resources for the Sentinel Program
Oversight and guidance of a Systems Engineering team
Encompassing the entire System Engineering life cycle, from requirements and architecture development through weapons system delivery
Qualification
Required
Engineering Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience with systems engineering related to missile systems or associated avionics
Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs
Ability to manage, mentor, train and empower a team in technical and leadership development
Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers, lead multi-functional teams and build consensus among peers
Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with demonstrated application to a wide range of complex problems and with experience training others in their application
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
Preferred
Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
Active Top Secret Clearance
