Responsibilities
Manage your team’s roadmap to deliver on outputs that ladder up to your Key Results and Outcomes
Creatively solve customer’s pain points
Gain a deep understanding for our customer’s needs and pain points through data analysis, and direct user interactions
Communicate status updates, strategic risks and key dependencies, progress against objectives, and wins to your team leaders
Partner closely with cross functional team members across product, design, engineering, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment, prioritization, and delivery across launches
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years experience in a product management or business analytics role
Preferably 2+ years in a face-paced environment such as a startup, fintech, etc
Experience following and contributing to a product vision and strategy, executing with a cross-functional teams
Experience with a Product Operating Model and the OKR framework
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer obsession and drive to deliver constant value
Demonstrated ability to autonomously solve complex problems and carry the solution end to end
Experience leading scrum teams, and proficiency writing detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your domain
Attention to detail, but focused on the big picture
Expertise with programs such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Microsoft Office
