Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, applicant review, scheduling, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and develop effective, inclusive hiring strategies
Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Noom’s values and mission
Leverage data and insights to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes
Collaborate with the broader People and Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, equity, and excellence across hiring practices
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within high-growth or tech startup environments
Demonstrated success in hiring for functions across a business organization
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity
Extensive experience with ATS and scheduling tools, ideally Greenhouse and GoodTime
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring partners
Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment
