Responsibilities
Assist our clients with all aspects of timely reporting of property and casualty reinsurance claims to their reinsurer trading partners, including individually reported claims, complex claims and/or property catastrophe claims
Manage client reinsurance assets to assure prompt recovery of amounts ceded to reinsurers
Assist clients with year-end collateral funding needs in accordance with regulatory requirements
Provide mentorship for more junior colleagues and assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Qualification
Required
3 + years of direct industry experience in the property and casualty insurance or reinsurance space
Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google office tools
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal business communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers
Bachelors Degree in Business, Risk Management, a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
