In this role, you will ensure system quality, performance, security, and compliance by collaborating with developers and QA professionals to validate requirements and identify defects.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and accessibility testing
Create detailed test cases using user stories and acceptance criteria
Utilize ServiceNow ATF and Jira for test management and defect tracking
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and validate fixes
Lead and support Section 508 accessibility testing
Prepare test documentation, reports, and user guides
Manage test data and evaluate regulatory compliance
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally with DevOps, UI/UX, and business teams
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen with DoD Public Trust (or higher) and ability to obtain DLA CAC
3+ years of software testing experience, including ServiceNow
Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments
Experience with Manual and automated testing
Experience with API and performance testing
Experience with Jira and defect management tools
Experience with Federal/DoD program support
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field
DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification (Security+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Knowledge of security and compliance testing
