Responsibilities
Provide L1 and L2 support for Snowflake and associated services, including Oracle database support and Goldengate Replication
Monitor Snowflake production environment and resolve incidents (L2/L3)
Troubleshoot task, query, Snowpipe, and ingestion failures
Manage users, roles, warehouses, and access privileges
Analyze query performance and warehouse credit usage
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions
Support production deployments, RFCs, and CTASKs
Coordinate with application and ETL teams
Prepare incident reports and documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience
Provide L1 and L2 support for Snowflake and associated services, including Oracle database support and Goldengate Replication
Proficiency in SQL language and cloud-based technologies
Advanced knowledge of Snowflake modeling, including roles, databases, and schemas
Expertise in performance tuning and creating resource monitors
Skilled in evaluating SQL performance, tuning SQL queries, and optimizing databases
Comprehensive understanding of Snowflake warehousing, architecture, processing, and administration
Strong background in Oracle Database Administration, including performance tuning
Expertise in Oracle Goldengate Replication
