Responsibilities
Own end-to-end payroll processing for ~250 employees on a semi-monthly basis
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll and related adjustments
Handle payroll inquiries and provide excellent internal customer support
Reconcile payroll reports and support audits as needed
Partner with HR/Finance on payroll-related reporting and process improvements
Gain exposure to international payroll and support related activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience processing payroll independently (standalone or similar role)
Solid understanding of payroll regulations and best practices
High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience with multi-state payroll preferred
Exposure to international payroll strongly preferred
Ceridian Dayforce experience is a huge plus
