Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners across TV, cable, radio, print, out-of-home, digital, mobile, and streaming platforms
Identify, negotiate, and secure paid media placements that align with campaign goals, timelines, and budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for media vendors and advertising partners
Collaborate with internal teams to translate campaign objectives into effective media strategies and placements
Evaluate media opportunities, sponsorships, and value-added placements to maximize reach and impact
Manage media schedules, insertion orders, contracts, and placement confirmations
Track performance, delivery, and pacing to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently
Monitor industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to inform future media recommendations
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment across all placements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in media buying, media partnerships, or paid media management
Proven experience working across multiple media channels (broadcast, OOH, digital, etc.)
Strong existing relationships with media vendors and advertising partners
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker who also enjoys hands-on execution
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred
Experience working with agencies, public sector clients, or large-scale campaigns is a plus
