Responsibilities
Coordinate application changes and releases with business and technology teams
Manage compliance, risk, and audit artefacts for each release
Partner with DevOps teams to execute deployments and release workflows
Ensure adherence to banking standards, policies, and governance
Lead remediation initiatives and track delivery timelines
Support production incidents with minimal business impact
Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in application change management within a banking or regulated environment
Strong knowledge of release management, risk, compliance, and audit processes
Hands-on experience with DevOps teams, CI/CD, and production deployments
Proven ability to manage Priority 1/2 incidents and production support
Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
Experience with SIT/UAT, impact analysis, and production sign-offs
