Senior UI/UX Designer – AI

Responsibilities

Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems
Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions
Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactively
Clean, user-centric design aesthetic, brand awareness with strong attention to detail
Creative problem-solving and systems thinking
Knowledge of accessibility design standards and any regional policies impacting design decisions

Required

Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
4+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared libraries
Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Previous experience working on AI products/platforms
Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
Knowledge of scripting tools for style formats
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress
