Responsibilities

Lead collaboration with suppliers to develop and enhance advanced electronic warfare systems, ensuring designs meet specifications and operational requirements
Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into tactical aircraft platforms, ensuring seamless operation of all components
Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance with standards
Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate system functionality through laboratory and flight testing
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, plans, and procedures
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and integration phases
Ensure all electronic warfare systems meet relevant military and regulatory standards, including safety and operational guidelines
Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating resources
Provide ongoing technical support throughout the lifecycle of electronic warfare systems, offering guidance and resolving complex issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong technical acumen
Problem-solving skills
Experience working within complex aerospace systems
U.S. citizenship
Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
Meet Boeing's conflict of interest assessment standards
Prepared for a role that is 100% onsite

Preferred

Experience in RF analysis
Evaluating supplier change proposals
Familiarity with environmental qualification testing procedures
