Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of a multi-year D365 F&O (F&SC) transformation program
Manage senior-level stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
Oversee program governance, timelines, budgets, and cross-workstream dependencies
Drive successful delivery of all phases of the program, ensuring project milestones are met
Provide leadership, direction, and structure to project managers and functional/technical teams
Mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure program health across all workstreams

Qualification

D365 F&O implementationProgram managementStakeholder managementEnterprise transformationLeadership

Required

15+ years of experience in program/project management
Proven delivery experience with at least 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations
Strong, assertive stakeholder management skills at executive levels
Experience with large, enterprise-wide transformation programs
Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week (all expenses paid)
