Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on heavy civil projects, including earthwork and paving
Manage subcontractors, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity, and report to project management
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve field challenges
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a superintendent in heavy civil construction
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale projects
Knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, and field operations
