Business Development Manager (Hunter)
PrintForm is dedicated to providing an easy solution for customers seeking custom-designed plastic and metal parts tailored to their needs. The Business Development Manager will focus on growing the CNC machining business through new customer acquisition and building a pipeline by working closely with the inside sales team.

Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales, with excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively represent company solutions to clients
Ability to identify customer needs, analyze technical requirements, and provide value-added solutions
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience in relevant industries is also considered
Sales experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
Understanding of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, silicone molding, CNC machining, sheet metal, and injection molding is highly desirable
