Responsibilities
Support group portal enrollment and benefit plan enrollment processing
Support client setup and enrollment onboarding activities
Analyze and document technical requirements related to enrollment workflows and data movement
Write detailed technical specification documentation to support system integrations and enhancements
Partner closely with development, integration, and architecture teams to drive technical enrollment solutions through delivery
Support ANSI 834 enrollment EDI file processing, validations, and troubleshooting
Support web services and API integrations tied to enrollment processing
Support front office systems impacting enrollment workflows
Validate enrollment data accuracy and investigate file transfer or processing failures
Facilitate working sessions with business and technical stakeholders
Participate in Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in healthcare or insurance
Hands on experience with enrollment processing and benefit plan enrollment
Direct experience supporting EDI enrollment file processing and data transfers
Experience supporting web services and API integrations
Experience writing technical specification documentation
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Basic SQL skills to support data validation and analysis
Strong understanding of data movement across systems
Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
