Responsibilities
Support the development of ICT, security, and audiovisual system design deliverables
Produce and maintain BIM and CAD documentation using tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
Perform intermediate design tasks with oversight from senior engineering staff
Assist project teams with document control and BIM model management to support project milestones
Coordinate with other technical disciplines to support integrated, multi-discipline designs
Complete assigned production tasks in accordance with project schedules and budget constraints
Participate in site surveys and document existing conditions
Collect technical data for use in construction documents
Assist with preparation of design and construction documentation
Support basic editing and development of technical specifications
Coordinate with engineering and project delivery personnel throughout construction
Review shop drawings and contractor submittals
Assist with responses to requests for information (RFIs)
Participate in punch list development and project closeout activities
Support preparation of project status updates
Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and related construction documentation
Qualification
Required
