Responsibilities
Work closely with Procurement Business Partner and Project Managers to identify purchasing needs for Tank COE projects
Create all requisitions for materials and services for Tank COE projects
Support and manage change order requests; verify documentation and ensure POs are updated correctly
Support Project Leads with purchase order and invoice issues, coordinating with vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve problems
Coordinate with Procurement Business Partner and Category Management on vendor additions or changes
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure requisitions are quickly converted to purchase orders and confirm vendor receipt
Ensure costs are settled correctly and scope, instructions, policies, and procedures are properly referenced
Review and monitor project documentation for accuracy and validity
Provide support to Project Leads and PCLs in resolving SAP system errors
Assist Project Leads with project closures
Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work USA
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents
3+ years of experience in maintenance via SAP or similar systems
Comfortable collaborating remotely via MS Teams/Webex
