Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Create and manage flows, triggers, and actions to support business process automation
Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint environments to meet business needs
Develop and extend SharePoint functionality using forms, web parts, and integrations
Integrate Power Automate with existing systems and APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow and application issues
Design, code, test, and implement scalable SharePoint-based applications
Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows and solutions
Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation
Monitor and maintain performance, stability, and reliability of solutions
Provide system support and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in application development or systems analysis
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and OneDrive
Strong development experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
Experience developing SharePoint components, workflows, and integrations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Prior experience as a SharePoint Developer
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, and Web Services
Experience with Power Platform integrations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
Experience mentoring or supporting junior technical staff
Exposure to highly regulated or enterprise environments (preferred)
