Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end machine learning solutions for large enterprise clients
Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business problems into scalable ML architectures
Stay hands-on: prototype, review code, and guide best practices across data science and ML engineering teams
Partner with sales and delivery leadership to scope engagements, shape solution approaches, and support pre-sales conversations
Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
Help define standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns for ML delivery across client engagements
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer or Applied ML Leader
Proven background in client-facing roles within professional services, consulting, or solution delivery environments
Experience supporting or leading solution sales, including technical discovery, architecture design, and client presentations
Strong understanding of modern ML stacks, cloud platforms, and production ML systems
Comfort operating as both a technical authority and a relationship-builder with enterprise clients
