Responsibilities
Develop and implement global security practices, policies and programs
Establish and implement a lightweight security audit, reporting framework, and internal security training program
Consult with Operations, Networking, Telecom, Enterprise Applications and Architecture teams on the implementation of security best practices
Participate in project meetings and perform security design reviews
Manage and conduct various vulnerability tests to identify security gaps
Research latest security best practices, staying abreast of new threats and vulnerabilities and help to disseminate this information within the groups
Implement relevant tools to monitor security threats
Work with IS&T and product engineering teams to ensure that critical data is protected, and security is integrated into the products, software, and applications
Work with partners and vendors to make sure proper security practices are in place, audited and reported
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field
Five (5) years of experience in IT security architecture
Experience in risk management
Experience in network security
Experience in encryption
Experience in identity management
Experience in cloud security
Experience in security frameworks
Experience with SIEM tools
Experience with firewalls
Experience with endpoint protection solutions
