Responsibilities

Support, install, and configure enterprise ALM & Simulation applications (ECAD secondary)

Respond to and resolve engineering incidents and service requests within SLA

Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams

Collaborate on projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain clear communication with users and stakeholders

Ensure system reliability, security, and operational effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (10+ years in lieu of degree)

5+ years supporting enterprise engineering or application systems

Experience with ALM (Bitbucket, Polarion), Simulation tools (Altair, ABAQUS, LMS, MSC, Cloud/CHPC), and ECAD (Mentor Graphics)

Familiarity with Software Factory models (manual, AI-driven, hybrid)

Strong understanding of Windows 11, networking fundamentals, and IT security

Scripting experience (Batch/PowerShell)

Preferred

Automotive or manufacturing industry experience
