Responsibilities
Lead and supervise staff; hire, train, and manage performance
Ensure person‑centered, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based service delivery
Oversee budgets, payroll, consumer funds, billing, and financial compliance
Ensure documentation meets regulatory and funder requirements
Use data/metrics to monitor program outcomes
Partner with HR, Finance, QA, and leadership
Represent the program at internal/external meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services or business (Master's preferred)
3+ years' human services experience with supervision/program planning
Strong communication and technology skills
Must meet background clearances and have a valid driver's license/vehicle
Preferred
Spanish or ASL skills preferred
Strength in leadership, ethics, collaboration, cultural humility, and problem‑solving
