Responsibilities
Audit of Supercomputing Institute (Supercomputer/High Performance Computing environment)
Auditor will conduct deep-dive interviews and discussions with leadership to determine audit scope
Expected to independently assess responsibility areas and shape the audit approach
Perform audit, assess risks, document findings, and generate reports
Operate as part of the internal audit team while educating and collaborating with existing staff
Help define audit scope where none is fully established
Assess risk, document findings, and produce audit reports
Report directly to Manager and work alongside another Principal/Chief IT Auditor
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT audit experience required
Experience in: HIPAA, Research environments, High Performance Computing (HPC)
Familiarity with: Linux (HPC environments), InfiniBand, Slurm
Regulatory/Compliance frameworks: NIST SP 800-171, CMMC (relevant for DoD/federal research grants), HIPAA
