Support enterprise database platforms within a shared services organization
Hands on work with Exadata and GoldenGate replication setup and tuning
Focused on Oracle internals and performance optimization
Supporting Oracle database upgrades and AWS migrations
Collaboration with senior DBAs and architects
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience administering Oracle databases in enterprise environments
8+ years of experience with shell scripting for automation and operational support
Eight plus years of experience supporting Exadata and ZFS infrastructure
Eight plus years of experience with Oracle RAC environments
Five plus years of experience installing troubleshooting and tuning Oracle GoldenGate across Oracle Database, S3 and Aurora databases
Five plus years of experience with Exadata Hybrid Columnar Compression (HCC)
Five plus years of experience with Oracle database partitioning and automation
Experience with AWS technologies including RDS and Aurora
Experience working with Oracle Database Appliance (ODA)
Experience supporting GoldenGate replication on SQL Server
Experience implementing GoldenGate replication using PostgreSQL and MySQL as source systems
