Responsibilities
Serve as a first-level technical resource, responding to product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting internal and external stakeholders
Perform CAD and engineering change activities, including new product releases, design updates, and maintenance of engineering documentation and databases
Provide daily manufacturing support by resolving production issues, supporting testing activities, and collaborating with production teams
Manage product returns, warranty investigations, and supplier-related issues, including tracking trends and supporting corrective actions
Support product testing, validation, and development efforts, including hands-on testing and documentation of standardized methods
Assist with technical training, product demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for customers and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
1–3 years of engineering experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude will be considered
Proficiency with CAD software and experience supporting engineering change and product release processes
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, systems, and manufacturing issues
Familiarity with ERP systems, BOM structures, and engineering documentation workflows
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
