Procurement Systems Administrator (Ariba)

W3Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Systems Administrator to provide ongoing operational and system administration support for the SAP Ariba platform within the Procurement organization. This role focuses on system administration and support, serving as a key support partner to internal stakeholders and acting as a liaison with IT as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide timely customer and system support through incident resolution, troubleshooting, and process governance for the Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I) module
Perform day-to-day system administration and configuration support for Ariba B&I
Serve as a primary support partner for buyers and internal users, and coordinate with IT when required
Monitor, review, and assess current processes to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain training guides and documentation related to Ariba B&I
Assist with Ghost P-Card reconciliation, which serves as the primary payment method for catalog orders
Support projects related to process improvement initiatives and procurement system enhancements
Provide backup support for Procurement Operations, which may include catalogs, supplier data, or contracts/sourcing modules
Build, analyze, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI

Required

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or a comparable procurement system, with strong technical and system administration knowledge
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree)
5+ years of experience in procurement systems, business analysis, or strategic analysis
Functional project management experience supporting system releases, testing, and implementation
Demonstrated experience developing business process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Access
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development

Preferred

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
Experience supporting multiple Ariba modules, including Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management
Microsoft Access experience is a plus
Experience supporting organizations of similar size and complexity
