Responsibilities
Drive the roadmap for backend marketing infrastructure components , including planning, prioritization, and execution
Write clear, detailed technical requirements for engineering and product teams
Analyze and communicate product tradeoffs affecting performance, scalability, and user impact
Work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Partner with internal stakeholders to define features, remove blockers, and track progress
Support product launches across internal tools and partner/enterprise channel workflows
Apply core leadership behaviors such as Dive Deep and Bias for Action
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing roadmaps for backend, infrastructure, or marketing technology systems
Strong experience writing technical requirements, user stories, PRDs, and specifications
Demonstrated ability to work with offshore engineering teams
Ability to evaluate product tradeoffs and drive decisions using data and analysis
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with program management methodology and business analysis frameworks
Preferred
Knowledge of data architecture, backend systems, and APIs
Understanding of marketing and advertising technology use cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
