Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring outcomes are aligned to business objectives and delivered on time
Identify and pursue both near-term opportunities ('quick wins') and longer-term capabilities that enable sustained AI adoption and value realization
Develop, maintain, and evolve an integrated program roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with broader strategic goals
Partner with stakeholders across lines of business, technology, data, and risk to align resources, manage dependencies, and drive informed decision-making
Communicate program status, risks, and key metrics with clarity and transparency, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
Promote responsible innovation by introducing new ideas and ways of working while adhering to enterprise risk, compliance, and model governance standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
4+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within technology, data, or AI-adjacent environments
Working knowledge of AI concepts, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiatives in a regulated environment
Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with experience managing complex initiatives within formal governance structures
Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces, with the ability to adapt quickly and bring clarity
Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight timelines
