Workaholic360 is a banking and cash management platform seeking a Founding Recruiter to build the company by attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent. This role involves full-cycle recruiting across various functions, focusing on technical recruiting while also supporting go-to-market and operations roles as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, agency partnerships, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and efficient processes
Track and optimize recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health
Continuously refine recruiting processes to support rapid, high-quality hiring
Qualification
Required
4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups)
Experience as an early or founding recruiting hire, scaling teams from the ground up
Strong technical recruiting background with proven success in sourcing passive candidates
Exposure to fintech, AI, or early-stage startup environments
Ability to flex across technical, GTM, and operations hiring as needed
Bachelor's degree or higher
Strong communication skills with a relationship-driven, candidate-first approach
