Responsibilities

Lead and manage large, multi-stream projects or programs from initiation through delivery

Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics

Partner with technology, operations, product, and business stakeholders to drive alignment

Manage budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans

Ensure delivery against milestones, quality standards, and business outcomes

Drive executive-level communication, status reporting, and decision-making

Implement best practices in program governance, planning, and execution

Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced environments
