Responsibilities
Help entry-level professionals and career switchers transition into the IT Support and Help Desk field through structured training, hands-on labs, and guaranteed job placement support
Provide hands-on training in Windows OS & troubleshooting, Active Directory (AD), Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira), Remote support tools, and real-world lab projects simulating corporate IT environments
Assist with resume, LinkedIn, and interview preparation, including mock interviews with industry mentors and job marketing with top-tier hiring partners
Qualification
Required
Basic computer skills and problem-solving mindset
Comfort using Windows, email, and basic software
Strong communication skills
Customer-service attitude
Willingness to learn and switch careers
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
