Senior Technical Program Manager, EC2 Capacity Customer Experience
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. The EC2 CCX team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to plan customer capacity, manage demand intake, and drive key initiatives that support business goals while collaborating with various engineering organizations.

Responsibilities
Plan customer capacity within our Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) portfolio
Serve as EC2’s primary POC for managing demand intake
Organize supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions
Ensure infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments
Drive key initiatives that support goals/KPIs that are measured and reported to executive leadership
Make high velocity decisions under circumstances that can at times be ambiguous
Drive process improvements
Collaborate with engineering organizations to build new technologies that automate all aspects of EC2's capacity planning and delivery within the portfolio
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
