Deductions/Collections Specialist
Brilliant Financial Staffing is engaged in a search for a Deductions/Collections Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company. The role involves identifying and resolving customer deductions, performing collection follow-ups, and assisting with annual audits of receivables.

Responsibilities
Identifying, researching, and resolving, customer deductions
Entering contracts, clearing deductions
Communicate with customers to address issues with deductions
Perform collection follow up on past due accounts via phone and email
Processing credit/debit notes
Assisting with annual audit of receivables
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Deductions & Collections experience
Experience handling big box retail accounts-REQUIRED
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
